Directed by 12-year-olds Abigail Edwards and Delilah Fisher, Contained is a daring and heartfelt exploration of what it means to break free from the walls we build around ourselves. Through breathtaking circus skills and raw, playful energy, young performers navigate the fear and excitement of stepping beyond their comfort zones. In a space where risk meets trust, and failure fuels growth, Contained celebrates the courage to embrace the unknown. This is a show about pushing boundaries, discovering new strengths, and finding freedom in the unexpected.

If you are interested in booking us, then please get in touch.
This show is very flexible in where it can be performed. Whilst it has only been performed indoors, we could definitely adapt for outdoors as well.
The show has an aerials version and a non-aerials version.
We supply all of our equipment, and can even bring our own sound system, so all we need to appropriate space, and access to power.
